In this document, we will call ourselves “Mindigital”, "we" or "ours". The data processor is the Ukraine War Relief (EIN 88-0903620), registered at: 2015, Yolovajska Street, Kyiv, 03150 in addition to USA official address. In case you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you have a right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in Ukraine, the role of supervisory authority is performed by the Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights.

8. Do we transfer your data outside of the European Economic Area? We do not intend to process your data anywhere but in Ukraine or EEA countries. However, circumstances change and we will have to transfer your data to a third country. We will inform you about such a transfer. If such a transfer won’t be necessary for the performance of a contract or the conclusion or performance of a contract concluded in your interest, we will ask for your explicit consent prior to transferring your personal data or inform you about legal grounds for such a transfer.
